Notepad++ v7.9.5 release

This version fixes Notepad++ not starting up due to incompetible plugin after installation. Removing the problematic plugin (SaveAsAdmin) via installer makes a better user experience - it’s not the bug either a regression from Notepad++.

Folder & file dialog are also improved (with bug-fixes) in this release.
