Notepad++ v8.1.8 release

A critical bug (configuration XML files saving performance issue) found in v8.1.7 has been fixed in Notepad++ 8.1.8 release.
Also, a workaround is included in this release. This workaround fixes the visual glitchy in dark mode under Windows 11 - surely due to a bug of Microsoft Windows 11.
Otherwise 2 long time critical issues NUL file-corruption & losing session problem while power cuts or Windows auto-restart PC for updating have been fixed in this release.
